This policy explains how Remindly handles local app data, notifications and optional device permissions.

Remindly is an appointment, task and reminder app designed to help users organise appointments, reminders, notes and schedules.
XQ Systems does not save, store, collect, sell, share or access users’ personal information on our systems. Information entered into the app is intended to remain on the user’s device, unless the user chooses to use device-level services such as notifications, backups or operating system features controlled by Apple, Google or the device provider.
Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information through Remindly on XQ Systems servers. We do not require users to create an account with us to use the app.
Information You Enter
Users may enter appointment titles, dates, times, locations, notes, contact names, categories and reminder preferences. This information is used only to provide reminder and scheduling functions.
How Information Is Stored
Remindly is designed so that user-entered information is stored locally on the user’s device. XQ Systems does not operate a cloud database for Remindly user data and does not keep a copy of user appointment or reminder information on our systems.
Data Sharing
We do not share Remindly user data with third parties because we do not collect or store Remindly user data on our systems.
Notifications
Remindly may request permission to send notifications so users can receive reminders. Users can allow or disable notifications through their device settings at any time.
Location, Contacts and Calendar
If optional permissions are requested in future versions, they will only be used to provide user-requested app features. Users can manage permissions through device settings.
Analytics, Tracking and Advertising
Remindly does not use third-party advertising tracking and does not sell user data. If future versions use privacy-friendly crash reporting or analytics, this policy will be updated as required.
Children’s Privacy
Remindly is intended for general productivity and reminder use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
User Control
Security and Updates
Because XQ Systems does not store Remindly user data on our servers, there is no XQ Systems cloud account or database containing user reminders. Users should keep their device secure with a passcode, biometric lock and updated operating system.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.
